Hosti provides web hosting, WordPress hosting, domain registration, and related services as described on our website at hosti.co.uk. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account registration

To use our services you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content; (c) distribute spam, malware, or other malicious content; (d) infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party; (e) engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services or servers.

5. Payment and billing

All fees are payable in advance. Prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Annual plans are billed annually and monthly plans are billed monthly. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new hosting plans — contact support within 30 days of your first payment to request a refund.

6. Renewals and cancellation

Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your plan at any time from your client portal at my.hosti.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

7. Uptime and service levels

We aim to provide reliable, high-availability hosting services. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

8. Data and backups

We perform daily backups on all hosting plans. While we make every effort to maintain reliable backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own copies of any data hosted on our platform. We recommend regularly exporting and storing copies of your data independently.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hosti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Hosti website are owned by or licensed to Hosti. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

11. Privacy

12. Governing law
